Q: Are you a licensed company?
A: Yes Tiptop Minicabs ais licensed and regulated by the Public Carriage Office (PCO).
Q: Are your prices per vehicle or per person?
A: All prices are per vehicle.
Q: How early do I need to book my taxi?
A: We recommend you book your taxi a miniumum of 12 hours in advance. In many cases we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.
Q: Can I also book by phone?
A: Yes you can, our phone lines are open 24 hours, every day.
A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV's, 7 and 8 Seater vehicles which can cater for upto 8 passengers.
Q: What airports do you cover?
A: We cover the 5 major London Airport which includes London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton and London City Airport. We also cover Southampton and Dover airports
Q: Can I pay by credit or debit card?
A: Yes. You can use your credit or debit card to pay regardless or whether or not you have a paypal account.
Q: Can you provide childrens seats?
A: Yes we can, but you should tell us in advance.
Q: Can I change my destination?
A: Yes you can, but the tariff may change and you will be charged according to mileage.
Q: If my flight is delayed will you charge me extra waiting time?
A: No, we constantly monitor the flight status so we can dispatch our cars accordingly.
Q: Will you charge me waiting time at pick up?
A: If you are an international passenger we do not charge for the first half hour of waiting, after that a standard waiting time charge and any parking charges apply. But if your journey does not start at the airport, we will wait without additional charge for the first five minutes after which, standard waiting time and any parking charges will apply.
