A: Yes, we have an Operator License issued by the TFL London Transport Office (PCO). No: 6060. Also, every driver has individual Private Hire Driver license. Each driver has also been previously checked for criminal records (CRB certificate).

A: All prices are per vehicle.

A: Generally the price is fixed. The price is not affected by the time of day or traffic jams. However, in some situations it may change, examples:

-When the passenger changes the destination address

-When during the journey the passenger adds another address

-When the waiting time on the terminal increases

– If the car upholstery is dirty (necessity of washing)

A: We recommend you book your car a minimum of 12 hours in advance. In many cases we are able to provide vehicles on much shorter notice so please call us and check availability.

A: Yes you can, however we add £ 3 to the online price.

A: Yes, Please notify us in advance. We do not accept cancellations when the driver is on the way to the airport or has just arrived.

A: We have a range of vehicles ranging from Saloons, Estates, MPV’s, 7 and 8 Seater vehicles which can carry for up to 8 passengers.

A: We cover the 6 major London Airport which includes:London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London Luton, London City Airport and SouthEnd. We also cover Southampton, Portsmouth and Dover port.

A: Yes, it is possible to pay by card please use- “booking online” or directly to the driver. However, we prefer cash. 

A: Yes we can, but you should tell us in advance. Extra cost :£3 , £ 5

A: Yes, however, if the distance is extended in this case, the driver may ask for an additional fee. If possible, please inform us in advance about changes.

A: Depends on the situation. Drivers always monitor the flight status, but sometimes the systems at the airport fail and we find out about a given delay only later. In the event of a delay of up to 1 hour, we do not charge a fee. If the delay is longer than 1 hour, we may ask for an additional £ 10 fee, or sometimes cancel the job. In such cases, please contact us, we will try to find the best solution.

A: Yes, for pick-up from an address to the airport, the first 10 minutes are free, after that time £ 3 for every 15 minutes.

Pick up from the airport, the first 45 minutes after landing is free, then we charge 10 pounds for each additional hour.

A: Yes, please ask the driver for Receipt. If he does not have it, please send us an email and we will send you an electronic invoice. In the case of online reservations, the system generates an invoice automatically, it is included in the booking confirmation. We invite you to book Online.

A: There are two ways of picking up from the Airport. 1. The driver is waiting with a board with your name in the arrivals hall (£ 8 fee) or pick-up from the parking outside- Drop off / Pick up (no fee). In both cases, please turn on your phone after landing. Pick up from Luton and Stansted, the easiest and cheapest way is to pick up passengers from the parking Drop off ( pick up).

A: Yes, please check email. You should receive two emails. The first one is automatic from the system, the next one (after 1h-2h) from the operator as a booking confirmation. Please also check the spam box.

A: In this case, please contact us by e-mail or phone, you will need 2 cars.
